Oluwaseun Opeyemi Adeolu brings together an uncommon combination of academic rigour and field-level experience — a practitioner who has shaped education policy, led donor-funded programmes, and delivered measurable outcomes across Nigeria's public and private sectors.
With an MSc from the University of Bristol and an MEd from the University of Lagos, OA combines international theoretical grounding with deep practical knowledge of Nigeria's institutional realities. As an Chevening Alumni and Cambridge Assessment Specialist, he has worked at the intersection of global development frameworks and local programme delivery — a rare dual perspective that underpins everything LearnLink does.
His career spans teacher professional development across Lagos State public schools, quality assurance leadership at institutional level, assessment design for Cambridge International Education, postgraduate facilitation at ISM, and curriculum and donor-reporting leadership for the Chevening's CAPF programme. Currently, he is also coordinating cross-sector policy research for the Air Quality for Collective Public Health Project (AQCPHP).
OA founded LearnLink Limited in February 2024 with a clear mandate: to close the persistent gap between institutional intent and effective delivery — bringing evidence-based, technology-supported capacity building to organisations that need it most.
